The Changing Communities Movement (CCM) Foundation was formed in 2006 out of the inherent need to find an alternate means of addressing the issues of teen sex and sexual disease awareness. Our unique approach has been to use music, with a focus on hip hop to inform and educate an urban youth population that typically shuns traditional attempts provided by more mainstream approaches.
