The CCM Foundation -HIVawareness.org is a nonprofit organization formed to promote awareness and prevention of HIV/AIDS and STDs minority teens and young adults through education and entertainment. Our innovative approach uses the influential medium of Rap/Hip Hop the primary tool to obtain these goals. To this extent we have devised and produced a quarterly DVD MixTape. The DVD MixTape features som of the hottest artists from Hip Hop and provides and independent artist/label with the ability to be seen in the same spotlight with maj artists. The DVD MixTape is expected to reach nearly 200,000 viewers nationwide within the first year. This is far more exposure than alterna means of promotion. Unlike other promotional opportunities, advertising sponsorships with The CCM Foundation is considered a donation to national charity and is tax deductible. Increase your visibility and show your support to help eliminate an epidemic that is claiming the lives so many of our African American and Latino youths.

We have a variety of packages available for record labels, independent artists and the entertainment industry: (You will receive a minimum of copies of the DVD with each package)

• Artist Spotlights – Your artist doing a 10 -15 second public service announcement plus 60 seconds to promote any upcoming releas freestyle, etc. Artist name, record label, booking/contact info and website will appear in captions on screen. Artist name will also appear o printed sleeve. Suggested Donation: $350
• 30 second ad – includes a 30 second advertising spot, Animated Chapter mark on the DVD, contact information in the credits, up to 2 Arti Spotlights (if applicable) and Company name in the printed material.

 

Suggested Donation: $800

• Video Spotlight – includes up to 3 ½ minutes for a music video and/or advertising, with individual DVD Chapter, up to 2 Artist Spotligh and Company name in the printed material. Suggested Donation: $1500
• Gold Promotion Package – includes: 2 Video Spotlight, up to 4 Artist Spotlights, 2 – 30 second ads, logo placement on the interactive DV Menu as well as logo placement on the printed dvd material. (This is split across 2 releases). You will receive 10 copies of each DVD release. Suggested Donation: $2400

 

Platinum Promotion Package – Host a complete volume, let your artists be the VJs. This will promote your entire record label and roster artists with various performances and will also include many major artists performances that will be introduced by your artists. In addition yo will also receive all items in the Gold Promotion Package. This will serve as a complete branding package for your record label, that will includ branding of your approved design of printed material, sleeve and DVD face and the interactive DVD menu, plus you will recieve 200 copies of th DVD for your own use. Suggested Donation: $7500
